  I had such an amazing experience at Vuori! Olivia was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She helped me find different leggings and clothes to try on, was always there to answer questions and help with sizing, and made the whole experience so easy. When the lengths I needed weren’t available in store, she even took the time to show me how to order everything online. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Olivia!

  Adrian went above and beyond when it came to customer service, welcoming and assistance. She was proactively helping 4 different parties while we were shopping, never seemed flustered either which is a great attribute. She was patient and really helpful with my elderly father, who typically gets very overwhelmed in stores. She helped him shop, pick out different items and encouraged him to try things on. It's too bad more stores don't have people on their teams like this, it made our day. Thank you Adrian, it meant more than you know!

  Had such an amazing night at the TruFusion x Vuori shop night! All of those working were so kind and helpful, especially Karis! I will definitely be back soon, I am already obsessed with my new clothes<3

  I still prefer shopping in-person as opposed to online and the crew at Vuori makes it such an amazing experience! Mitch helped me find the perfect sizing for what I was looking for, making sure I walked away with exactly the right set for me!! Karis make checkout so smooth and made my shopping experience not only smooth, but enjoyable!! TY Vuori South Congress!!

  Thank you to Shane who helped me source my new pair of Emerald Green running shorts that were sold out in store and online! He rang around different stores till he finally found a pair my size in Boulder. Great service and thanks so much for the help! I love the colours at Vuori. Have a burnt orange running set too... prepped for the SF Marthon in July!

  11/10 customer service. I came into the store with a specific set in mind - it was sold out online and I knew there was a slim chance my size would be available in store. Jacob went above and beyond to check in with the domain location to inquire about my size. The soco staff took the last size small off a mannequin AND ordered the last remaining small size in matching top from the domain. It was shipped and delivered within 2 days. Thank you so much!! My friend and I both left with multiple purchases due to the kind and helpful staff.

  Vuori on Congress is super chill and minimal 😌. Easy to browse, no pressure, and everything feels like you’re touching a cloud you probably can’t justify buying 😅. Staff were nice and helpful without being in your face 👍. Solid spot to “just look” and accidentally start planning a whole new wardrobe.
